Description:
The 4FT 3CCT & 3 Wattage Selectable LED Stairwell Light with
Motion Sensor is ideal for basements, stairwells, hallways, public
toilets, warehouses, underground parking lots, and tunnels. It offers
3CCT selectability with color temperatures ranging from 3500K to
5000K and wattage options of 35W, 45W, and 55W, allowing for
various brightness levels with lumen outputs of 4200, 5400, and
6600 lumens. Operating on 120-277V with a continuous 0-10V
dimming driver, it is UL 1598 certified, suitable for damp locations,
and requires a minimum of 90°C-rated supply conductors. This
fixture also includes a 5-year warranty.
